Aplasamy Pothiayah legal practice and experience comprise of Immigration, Employment, Road Traffic Offences, Criminal Injuries Compensation and Housing Law. I am an experienced Solicitor who has been instructed within appeal matters for both criminal and civil law. This includes representations made at the High Court, Magistrate Court, and the Crown Court.

Education: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) - University of East London. Postgraduate Common Professional Examination, London - Southbank University. Postgraduate Diploma in Law Legal Practice Course (LPC) - University of West London.

As a multilingual solicitor, Aplasamy is fluent in Tamil, Malayalam, Telegu, Malay.

In the past, I have served as Clerk of Court at the Magistrate’s Court and Crown Court in Malaysia. Prior to commencing my legal practice in the UK, I have served the Honourable Malaysian Judiciary for 10 years. Therefore, my international experience has provided me the trust and faith of foreign clients, particularly those coming from South Asian backgrounds.

My kind mannerisms and detailed knowledge on my practice areas are always well assuring for the clients that their instructions would be carried out in the utmost care and integrity. Furthermore, I am currently an authorised Commissioner for Oaths as well as a qualified Court Interpreter.
